It is going to be an exciting Fall, the new Panasonic GF1 will be available in time for Christmas. I know I won't wait until Christmas to get one out of a box and check it out. I expect my first shipment mid Oct. Here is a link to dpreview's preview. Link. Bill

I have been strongly considering the GF1. I really want to get my hands on it and the GH1 for feels and tests. I haven't found a local vendor yet.
Hi Jason, I think it is important for you to get the feel of these cameras before purchase. Keep looking, may be you could find a person near by who has one. Try asking on the 4/3 forum at DPreview. Bill
